The special event «Production Without Borders» will be held during the American Film Market 2018 on November 5, at 2 p.m. in Santa Monica, CA. The organizers of the event are Cloud21 International ( and Kultura PR International (

The top names in the industry will take part in the panel discussion, including: Michael Benaroya, founder of the International Film Trust, Katya Mtsitouridze, ROSKINO CEO, Shari O’Donnell, CEO/Founder of the Nantosuelta Entertainment, Larry Neymar, E! Founder and President/CEO of the Metan Global and Andrei Zinca, President/Founder of the Double 4 Studios. Award-winning British filmmaker Kate Rees Davies will moderate the hour-long panel.

Participants of the event will discuss the issue of global cooperation in the film and television industry, the key points and prospects for the development of co-production in different countries. A new institution will be presented - the Moscow Film Commission, which was created to support Russian and international cinema and television companies interested in shooting in Moscow and helping to solve organizational, administrative and production issues. Media and industry executives will have the chance to meet and mingle with the panelists at an exclusive VIP reception, presented by Enjoy European Quality (E.E.Q.).
