Hide-and-Seek with White Whales

For thirty years, Russian oceanographers have been spending their summers in a unique place in the White Sea near a cape with the self-explanatory name Belushiy. White whales, or belugas, have been coming here since immemorial time. People on the shore do not exterminate them, so scientists can observe the whales with the naked eye 30–40 meters from the shore. Oceanographers set up underwater cameras, observe with the help of drones, and conduct countless experiments. Is there contact between the scientists and whales?
