Sasha recently left an orphanage, but she finds it difficult to adapt socially, she perceives the world as a hostile environment and spends all her free time in the ring, participating in fights without rules. Nevertheless, deep down, Sasha dreams of exactly the opposite: not to hurt people, but to heal them. But unfortunately, she doesn't have money to study at medical school. Fate brings her together with a disabled teenager, Kolya, whose mother is torn between her son, a job at a fish factory and her boyfriend-policeman. Kolya’s mother is trying to find a nurse for him. This meeting radically changes the lives of all the characters.
